🛡️ Warranty

  • All products are covered by warranty according to the product description.

  • If a product has a stated defect, the warranty does not cover that specific defect.

  • The warranty is valid only with the purchase document (invoice) that has no alterations.

  • If the product cannot be repaired, the customer has the right to request a replacement.

  • Batteries come with a 3-month warranty (consumable item).

❌ Warranty does not apply if:

  • The purchase document is missing or has been altered.

  • The serial number has been removed, altered, or is unreadable.

  • Seller’s stickers have been removed or damaged.

  • The product has been repaired outside of a 1it.ee service center.

  • The fault is due to misuse (e.g., dropping, liquid, dust).

  • The problem is software-related.

  • The laptop has not been cleaned of dust – recommended annual maintenance (25–50 € with us).

✅ Buyer’s obligations:

  • Use the device for its intended purpose.

  • Prevent damage and interference from third parties.

  • Protect the device from environmental factors.

  • Bring the product to the agreed address during the warranty period.
