November is over and the results are in, but this time it was a real surprise. I couldn’t even predict last month that this computer would do so well to take the top spot, but looking back now, I realize I simply overlooked a special gem that many customers found 🙂
A small boost for this computer was also that I had a batch of them with cosmetic defects, and they were available at a very good price. However, that wasn’t the main reason, as there were maybe 8 defective units in total, but the overall sales for this model were still impressive.
My predictions for October were as follows:
Forecast for November
So, what do I think will happen in November?
💡 I thought the ThinkPad T15 stock was sufficient to stay in the TOP 3 for another month, but no large new batch seems to be coming – so this model might soon run out.
🆕 Asus ExpertBooks were ordered into stock for a trial – we’ll see if they are on the rise. The first few days were quieter, but since we haven’t had many Asus business-class models before, perhaps fans are just starting to discover them.
💪 ProBook, ProBook, ProBook! I still believe in this machine. In the summer, it set very strong records, and I thought the HP ProBook 445 G8 would soon be back in the rankings – and very strongly.
It turned out that I was wrong with most of my predictions, but luckily not completely, as the ProBook 445 G8 still got a pretty good spot.
Here are the actual numbers for November:
🥇 1st place – HP EliteBook 845 G8 (33 units)
There’s a funny story with this computer – it’s quite strange why I didn’t predict its success, even though I’m currently using it myself. I prefer Intel, but since my job is to stay up-to-date, I’m currently using an AMD Ryzen.
I have no complaints, as the configuration is perfectly decent:
AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 5450U, 16GB memory, and 256GB SSD.
Sad news: this model is currently sold out, but it’s worth checking out the G7 version of the same series.

🥈 2nd place – HP ProBook 445 G8 (15 units)
This is the machine I predicted for the top, and it happened. I myself would even prefer this computer over the first place, as the processor is more powerful, and I know exactly how to make it even more popular: add a 16GB option as an e-shop variation.
People have specifically asked for more memory, and we have installed it, but it should really be available as an option in the e-shop right away.

🥉 3rd place – Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 (13 units)
There’s not much new to say about this machine. It’s a computer that Estonians simply like, and honestly – rightfully so. It’s like a reliable diesel Toyota: simply dependable and functional.

Summary
HP really surprised this time – it strongly outperformed Lenovo machines.
A total of 108 HP laptops were sold, and 75 Lenovo ones.
I think this happens rather rarely.
In addition, we managed to increase sales by 33% compared to last year, which makes me very happy. Customers continue to have a good experience with us – this month we also reached the magical 1000 Google reviews. These speak for themselves: we enjoy our work and truly love what we do.
Forecast for December
The ProBook 445 G8 will make it into the rankings because I plan to offer this model with a 16GB option, and then it will definitely be a very strong machine.
Lenovo ThinkPad E14 seems like a somewhat underestimated model, and I haven’t understood why it’s chosen so little. The T-series is certainly cooler and better, but also more expensive. The E14 is very reasonably priced – I don’t think it will reach the TOP 3, but I hope it will be discovered more than in November.
It’s hard to predict more, as November’s campaigns cleared out the warehouse thoroughly, and new stock is still in transit 🙂
