How does laptop rental work?

  3. Confirm your order: We will agree on the exact rental period and terms.

  4. Return or buy out: At the end of the rental period, you can return the device or purchase it by special agreement.

Rental Prices

  • Daily rental: starting from 2.5% of the device’s sale price per day.
  • Weekly rental: starting from 15% of the device’s sale price per week.
  • Monthly rental: starting from 30% of the device’s sale price per month.
  • Annual rental: starting from 10% of the device’s sale price per month.
  • Two-year rental: starting from 7% of the device’s sale price per month.

Deposit

  • For standard rental: 20–50% of the device’s sale price.

  • Express rental option: 100% of the device’s price as a deposit – a quick and simple process.

  • Device condition: Devices must be used carefully and returned in the same technical condition.

  • Special agreements: For longer rental periods or larger quantities of devices, we offer a personalized solution.

All rental computers are fully configured and ready for immediate use.
Installed software includes:

  • Windows 11 operating system

  • Antivirus software (Windows Defender or other security solution)

  • Google Chrome web browser

  • VLC media player

  • PDF reader software

  • LibreOffice office suite (free alternative to Word and Excel)

  • ID-card software (DigiDoc etc.)

  • 7-Zip for archiving and unarchiving files

If the device is damaged during normal use, we will review the case separately.
In case of intentional damage, loss, or theft, the damage will be deducted from the deposit or an additional invoice will be issued.

Yes! If desired, you can purchase the rented device at a discounted price.
The buy-out price partially accounts for the rental fees already paid – you will receive a precise offer after the rental period.

  • For standard rental, the deposit is 20–50% of the device’s sale price.

  • For express rental (faster processing), we require 100% of the device’s price as a deposit.

The deposit is refunded after the device is returned correctly.

Typically, we can prepare and ship the device within 1–2 business days after the contract and payments are processed.
Delivery by agreement is also possible in Tallinn and Harjumaa.
