The contract is concluded directly with the company, and monthly payments are made by the company itself, not by a board member as a private individual. The purchased goods immediately become the property of the company from the moment of purchase and can be recorded in its balance sheet.

• The VAT of the purchased goods can be immediately accounted for as input VAT in the month of purchase.

• Early repayment of the installment plan is without additional fees.
