🛒 Online Store Terms
The online store 1it.ee (hereinafter “Online Store”) is owned by 1it OÜ (registry code 12895634), located at Sõpruse pst 33, Tallinn 11311.
Below are all the important terms that apply to purchases made in our e-shop.
1. 📦 Sales Contract Validity and Price Information

All purchases made in our e-shop are subject to the terms described here.

The price for each product is listed in euros and includes VAT (unless otherwise stated).

Some goods are sold on consignment according to § 41 or § 42 of the VAT Act – in such cases, the price is 0% VAT, and this is clearly indicated with the product.

A delivery fee will be added to the order, which depends on the location and the chosen delivery method (e.g., parcel machine or courier).

The exact delivery price will be displayed on the order placement page before confirming the purchase.

Each product also includes information about the product – if anything is unclear, feel free to ask!
2. 🧾 Placing an Order and Payment

To order, select the desired products and add them to your cart.

Fill in the required details and choose a suitable delivery method.

You will see the total purchase amount, including delivery costs, and can pay conveniently and securely.

We offer various bank links and installment payment options.

All available payment methods are clearly displayed in the shopping cart.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! If you pay via bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button at the end of the payment to confirm your order.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. All payments are processed in a secure environment outside of our e-shop.

We do not store your bank or card details.

The order is considered confirmed and the contract becomes valid once payment has been successfully received.
🚫 If goods cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock):

We will notify you immediately and refund the full amount paid, including delivery costs, within 5 business days at the latest.
3. 🚚 Delivery of Goods

Goods are primarily shipped within Estonia, but also elsewhere by agreement.

You can pick up the goods yourself – please arrange this in advance.

The buyer pays for shipping, and the price depends on the chosen delivery method. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.

Ordered goods usually arrive in Estonia within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
4. ↩️ Right of Withdrawal

Our e-shop offers a 14-day right of withdrawal for both private individuals and legal entities.

The right of withdrawal begins from the moment the buyer receives the goods.
-
During this period, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Product stickers (e.g., identification or warranty stickers) must not be removed or damaged.

If the product has been used more than just for testing or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

The buyer covers the return cost, except if the product was incorrect or defective – in which case we cover the costs.

The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the application, or proof of postage must be provided.

We will refund the full purchase amount (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application, but not before we have received the goods back or received proof of return.

If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest option, we will only reimburse the cost of the standard delivery.

The seller has the right to cancel the order and reclaim the goods if the product price was mistakenly listed significantly below market price in the e-shop.
5. 🛠️ Submitting a Complaint

The buyer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.

Within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover.

If a defect appears, notify us within 2 months: info@1it.ee or call +372 56573313.

We are not responsible for defects that occur after handover (e.g., drops, liquid damage, etc.).

If the fault is our responsibility:

We will respond to complaints within 15 days in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction.
