7 things to check before buying a used laptop

Buying a used laptop can be a very smart choice – especially if you want a reliable machine at an affordable price. The battery is one of the most important parts of a used computer. We have tested each model and indicated the expected battery life for each computer. In addition, we provide a separate 3-month warranty for batteries – if the battery doesn’t last as stated, we will replace it free of charge.

2. Screen condition

All our laptops undergo a visual inspection by a technician before sale. If the screen has any spots, shadows, or other peculiarities, this is immediately reflected in the price. Such a computer, for example, receives a C-grade rating, which means you can get it much cheaper than the market price.

The keyboard of every laptop we sell is tested and reliable. You don’t need to try each key separately – if something is wrong, the keyboard is covered by warranty and we will repair it free of charge if necessary.

Although we don’t take individual pictures of every computer, we have a very precise appearance assessment guide, according to which we assign a condition class to the computer. If desired, we can always send real pictures of a specific model – just ask!

Even when buying a used computer, it’s possible to get a reliable and transparent warranty. All our used laptops come with a 1-year warranty. If you want greater peace of mind, you can extend the warranty up to 2 years for a small additional fee.
